As a former Vice President/Director of Sales for some of the industry's most recognized insurance brands, I was responsible for building ground floor distribution of annuity, asset based-hybrid, individual life, long-term care, voluntary & employer sponsored worksite products. My philosophy for building distribution is to utilize a "bottom-up" approach to engaging insurance professionals. This ideology reinforced a value proposition that extended beyond, price, underwriting and compensation.
