I strive to achieve sustainable improvement in marketing performance, technology, and analysis that delivers actionable customer insights. There are improvement opportunities that give power to developing knowledge and optimizing the customer experience. By quantifying their motivations, I can produce more measurable and profitable marketing results. Customers have all of the purchasing power, but we can use that to study their touchpoints. Also, I want to grow a company dedicated to serving nonprofits. Giving will always be a part of my life, and I believe it's important to bring that into every part of my career.
